HoW DOES IT WORK?

When you tap or swipe your credit card through the card reader the door to the machine unlocks. You can choose any product you want to buy and when you shut the door your card is charged.

HOW DOES THE MACHINE KNOW WHAT I TOOK OUT?

The machine tracks all of the items you move using cameras and AI technology. It knows everything that comes in and out of the machine at all times.

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?

We do not take returns, all sales are final.

WHAT IF I WAS CHARGED INCORRECTLY?

If you believe you were charged incorrectly please contact us and provide evidence of the mistake. If approved, we will adjust and correct the charge remotely. You will see the adjustment on your credit card statement.

WHAT IF I CHOSE THE WRONG ITEM AND SHUT THE DOoR?

All sales are final, but we understand mistakes happen. If this happens you may contact us and we can provide you with next steps on how to swap an item, if approved. This may take up to 24 hours for us to reply so if you need the right item go ahead and purchase the correct one. Please be advised that we reserved the right to refuse a return.

HoW DO I GET A RECIEPT?

After you close the door and your transaction is complete a QR code will be displayed on the screen of the card reader. Scan that code and input your email address and a receipt will be sent.

HoW OFTEN iS THE MACHINE RESTOCKED?

We track inventory in real time. This means that we see all items as they are purchased so we always know the inventory levels in the machine. We do our best to ensure the items you need are always available. There may be times when items are out of stock and we will provide updates on our website and social media when we expect out of stock items to be available.

Are there ADDITIONAL FEES?

We do your best to keep prices low and similar to what you will find at any bait and tackle shop in the greater Puget Sound Region. However, we do have higher credit card processing and transaction fees from the Port of Edmonds so the additional fees you see are reflective of those charges.
